Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Requests
A cancellation can be requested by contacting Stellar through any of the means listed on its help page.
Before Departure
An order placed with Stellar can be cancelled by the purchasing customer at any time before their order's shipment has departed Stellar's facility.
After Departure
Most orders placed with Stellar can be cancelled after an order's shipment has departed Stellar's facility. A cancellation is not guaranteed. If an order cannot be cancelled, the purchasing customer will need to request a return. See the returns policy
Cancellation by Stellar
Stellar reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion. An order may be cancelled by Steller if there is insufficient stock, an issue with an order payment, or if Stellar deams a shipping address submitted with an order to be outside its area of operation. The purchaser will be notified by email if Steller wishes to cancel their order. This nofication will be sent to the email address submitted with the order.

Policy Changes
Stellar may choose to update its policies at any time. An "effective at" date will be posted underneath the header of all policy pages and will indicate when the policies were published.
