Returns Policy
Eligibility
Every order placed with Stellar is eligible for a free, domestic return, for 30 days from the purchase date. A return request can be initiated by emailing help@stellar.miami with the subject line "return request".
"free"
Steller makes returns free by providing a prepaid shipping label to users via email. Stellar will use the email address submitted with the order that the user wishes to return.
"domestic"
The return shipping labels that Stellar provides to users that request a return are only valid within Stellar's area of operation.
Return Processing Timeline
Returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days after a return package has been marked as delivered by the fulfilling courier.
Refunds
Users will receive an email notification once a refund has been submitted for the items returned to Stellar. Stellar will only return the funds for returned items to the original payment method used to place the associated order. User's should note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for funds to be returned depending on the service or card issuer.
Restocking Fees
User's are encouraged to handle ordered items, their packaging, and their accessories with care. Restocking fees may apply if returned items are not in their original condition. Please refer to the fee schedule below. If multiple conditions apply, the highest applicable restocking fee will be charged.

Policy Changes
Stellar may choose to update its policies at any time. An "effective at" date will be posted underneath the header of all policy pages and will indicate when the policies were published.
